Really great website! Keep up the good work.

I was wondering about the new fitness first game titled 'newu'? Seems to be in the same kind as ea sports active..

Cheers!

What, no Punch-Out? That was at the top of my list: http://nintendo.about.com/od/toppicks/tp/bestwiiworkoutgames.htm.

Thanks for the comment and the kind words, Ryno! I think the jury is still out on Wireless Nunchuks. It's definitely needed (as anyone who has smacked themself in the face with a cord knows), but there are still a lot of complaints about sluggishness and lag time which of course are critical in rhythm games. Nyko had by far the best reviews, but I just learned that their model is not compatible with MotionPlus. If this is okay with you, you can buy one at Amazon http://tiny.cc/ru5By Thanks!

Great reviews! Especially the comparison / roundup of all the different wii workout games! Congrats on your progress! I was wondering if you have tried (and maybe even reviewed) any wireless nunchucks for the Wii. With a lot of the workout games, and especially boxing, I'm thinking that the wireless nunchuck might be something to look into, but with all the different ones out there, I don't know if any of them are any good, have lag, etc.

WiiWare Helix is a game I recently found. It\\\'s kind of like DDR for your arms, but needs a lot more than just shaking them. I found it to be really fun and quite intense. I can do medium at 95% but can only get mid 80\\\'s for hard. There is a \\\'learning mode\\\' for the game that it suggests you do after you\\\'re used to playing it. The learning is for it, not you, it allows it to more accurately detect your movements.

Great reviews! You made me laugh . . . and I'm going to buy DDR now.

Hi Marcy. Unfortunately, Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009 didn't make this list of "The Best" because of a number of flaws and bugs in the game. If and when Majesco releases an updated version, we'll be sure to review it again to see if it makes the cut. Thanks for visiting!
